I started training with Katy because I hated the gym and had never managed to stick to anything exercise-related. Almost 2 years later I am still training with her every week and feeling healthier at the age of 30 than I did when I was 20.
Katy takes time to work out where your body’s weaknesses are and plan a programme to make you fitter and stronger without ever risking injuries. She has an infectious love of movement and is such a badass in the gym that she makes you want to be one too. As a side-effect of all this, I look a lot better than I ever have before, which has got me some nice comments. But I have never felt that appearance was the focus of training with Katy: it’s about being stronger, mentally and physically.
If you want to get stronger and have fun doing it, I can’t recommend Katy more highly. So, what are you waiting for?
